Launched in 2020, we started by opening our first physical store in the heart of Madrid. The store is an 8 floor and 5.500 sqm building located at the city center in Gran Via, 18. Now we have made a strategic decision: to stay with the commercial artery of the capital by opening soon our second store, a 9 floor building located at Serrano 52. If there is one thing that was plain to us from the beginning, it was that our success depends on our people and that is why since the start we have worked to define our values, values that are present in everything we do: customer focus, “all for one”, passion and integrity. What will you do
- Identify skus with low stocks and Launch re-orders according to our current sales and sales forecast, in order to reach the right stock levels and avoid stockouts.
- Identify overstocks and propose actions to optimize stocks and their distribution by channel, ie. retuns, promotions, etc.
- Make periodically order tracking, identifying delays, underdeliveries, etc.
- Lead and manage the stock distribution between all sales channels and ensure its availability in accordance with the range and requirements, taking into account stock management and internal procurement.
- Manage purchasing, procurement, transfers and returns processes to cover needs.
Who you are
A super motivated person focus on detail, organized, with high communication skills, familiarized in a work team environment.
The experience you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, Diploma in Business Administration, Economics.
- Minimum experience of 3 years on similar positions.
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA will be a highly valued requirement.
- Experience in retail/ecommerce will be a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel).
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Proactive, organized and team player.
